Patrice was born in Kigali (Rwanda) in 1975. He is married and father of two children.
He has a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain-in-Neuve in Belgium since 2001.
He began hi professional career in August of 2001 as an associate in business law and litigation in a medium-sized firm in Luxembourg.
He was sworn in as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar on July 11th, 2002.
After his admission to List 1 as a court lawyer in 2004, he chose to devote his career to litigation and thus joined a law firm specialized in litigations of all matters.
less than a year later, he joined the Labour Law Department of a large business off ice Luxembourg, of which he also took over the litigation Department for 5 years.
Patrice founded the MMS Avocats firm in 2010 in the aim of combining the advantages of a business firm and those of a litigation firm in the interests of its clients.
He speaks French, English, and Kinyarwanda.

He is a former member of the Committee of the Conference of the Young Bar of Luxembourg where, as a delegate to sports, he organized the participation of the Luxembourg Bar in the lawyers Football World Cup that took place in Hungary in June 2004.
Since 2011, he is an associate lecturer at the University of Luxembourg, after having taught general criminal law for 3 years from 2011 to 2014. He has been teaching the introductory Luxembourg since 2015.
He enjoys literature, history, geography, geopolitics, chess, football and jogging.
